Visitation offers a one-day program for engaged couples planning to be married in the church. This includes a pre-marriage self-evaluation test, called FOCCUS, which is taken before the day of the class. The program is presented twice a year by a team of married couples from the parish and follows the guidelines of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Talks and discussions cover the basic areas of Communication, Adjustments, Sexuality, Natural Family Planning and Spirituality. The goal of the day is to increase the couples’ awareness of each other and open up areas of communication to help them prepare for their marriage as a lifelong commitment. Join The Team! Pre-Cana welcomes married couples, committed to their own marriages and willing to support young couples beginning their own married lives.
