Event: Fit From Faith: Health and Wellness Coaching Centered on Christ Information Session

Fit From Faith is a dynamic Catholic health and coaching program that was founded by Lindsay Fullerman, MA, PN2, SSC, who has an extensive background in health, wellness and theology. The program helps participants develop healthy habits; grow in virtue, and discover their in Christ.
