The Militia Immaculata is very pleased to have Meghan Cokeley from the Archdiocese's Office of the New Evangelization as our guest speaker.  Meghan wears many hats for the Archdiocese including directing the New Evangelization initiative.  She played a major role in the coordination of Pope Francis’ World Meeting of Families visit to Philadelphia in 2015.  If you want to hear more about Evangelization in the Archdiocese, join us Tuesday August 8th at 7 pm in the Larkin Center.

Fr. Terry's father, Charles E. Weik, Sr. passed away Monday evening, July 17th.   Funeral arrangements are as follows: Viewing will be held on Friday, July 21, 2017, 7-9 pm and a second viewing will be held Saturday, July 22nd 9-10:30 am.  The viewing for both Friday and Saturday is at Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol, PA. Calling all Alumni - Visitation BVM school is creating a digital alumni database of all graduates of the school from 1956 to 2016. The goal of this project is to create a more inclusive Visitation community, for those still home and for those that have moved away. The group supports Catholics in their 20s and 30s who are looking to deepen their faith and meet fellow Catholics in the area. Fatima Holy Hour - Thursday, July 13 Dear Church Family, Please plan to attend a Holy Hour in the Lower Church on Thursday, July 13 at 7:00 PM and pray for world peace. This date is the 100th anniversary of the second apparition of Our Lady of Fatima to the three shepherd children of Fatima, Portugal. The Holy Hour will provide an opportunity for a plenary indulgence.
