Adult Faith Formation (AFF)

AFF is a presentation of what Catholics believe and why so that all adults can come to a deeper understanding of their Catholic faith. There will be a 30 minute video on various aspects of the Catholic Faith presented by acclained author, speakers and theologians followed by a short discussion.  Participants can ask any question on the material presented. Meetings are open to the entire parish community and are held in the Larkin Center (basement of rectory) during the time children are in PREP class on Monday evenings from 6:50 -7:50. Evangelization and the Acts of the Apostles

In this video series the eloquent and lively, Dr. Mary Healy explores: the call of Jesus to evangelize, the missionary character of the Church, the ongoing spiritual war in our world, the importance of evangelization to our spiritual life, the impact of the Holy Spirit in making each of us missionary disciples, the power of the Sacraments and techniques from St. Paul for reaching a secular culture.

TIME & LOCATION: 6:50 PM to 7:50 PM in the Lower Conference Room to the left of the Larkin Center (basement of the rectory).

WHY SHOULD YOU COME:  We may be familiar with different aspects of our Catholic faith… but how does it all fit together? Dr. Mary Healy is a professor of Scripture and an internationally-known author and speaker who will comprehensively explain the Catholic Faith in a way that helps us know it, live it, and articulate it to others.
